Easy Waffles

Yield: Six 4-inch waffles

1 ¾ cup Cup4Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix

1 ¼ cup milk

3 large eggs

6 tablespoons melted butter


  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Place the Cup4Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the milk and eggs to combine thoroughly.
  3. Whisk in the melted butter until combined thoroughly. The batter should be smooth and silky.
  4. Ladle 1/3-1/2 cup batter into each well of the preheated waffle iron. Close the lid and cook until golden brown and crisp, about 5 minutes.
  5. Keep waffles warm and repeat with the remaining batter.
