1 cup Cup4Cup Multipurpose Flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup reduced-fat buttermilk, shaken well
1 large egg
3 tablespoons canola oil
- Preheat griddle over medium heat.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
- Whisk in buttermilk, egg and canola oil until there are no lumps. Batter will be thick.
- Spoon pancake batter onto preheated griddle. Flip when bubbles appear, cook on opposite side until golden brown.
