1 pouch (404g) Cup4Cup Chocolate Brownie Mix
2 teaspoons (10g) Baking Powder
3 each (150g) Large Eggs
1/2 cup (110g) Canola Oil
1/4 cup (62.5g) Boiling Water
1 teaspoon (5g) Vanilla Extract (optional)
1. Combine brownie mix and baking powder together in a large bowl. Whisk to incorporate.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients until well mixed.
3. Pour batter into a well oiled 8-inch round cake pan.
4. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 30-40 minutes and until baked through.
